Sheri Winston

Sheri Winston is a Wholistic Sexuality teacher and counselor with an extensive background in women's health care as a Certified Nurse-Midwife, and in general and holistic health as a Registered Nurse and Licensed Massage Therapist. While she closed her clinical practice 10 years ago to focus on teaching and writing about Wholistic Sexuality, she currently offers private consultation and counseling -- in person or via phone or email -- to men, women, singles and partners. Many of Sheri Winston's clients are in ongoing therapeutic relationships with other counselors or therapists, and consult with her specifically to focus on sexuality issues.

A consultation may include information, advice or recommendations about treatment (herbs, supplements, nutrition), specific techniques or exercises, the healing use of ceremony, and/or referral to resources, as well as caring and compassionate emotional support. Depending on the issues, varying amounts of therapeutic counseling and education may be provided. There is no hands-on contact or sex during sessions.

Making An Appointment

A brief free initial discussion is available by phone or email to explain your issues and explore whether Sheri Winston can be of assistance to you in your quest for wholeness and wellness. Email The Center to schedule an appointment and/or to explain the reason you are seeking counseling.  Consultation is available on a sliding scale basis. 

If an agreement to work together is reached, you will be sent a Client Intake Questionnaire to complete and return. A date is set for the consultation, which may take place in person or via phone. The session includes counseling, advice, recommendations, resources and suggestions. There may be one session or several depending on your needs.
